Beginners
(Introduction to Spanish)

Courses are offered for absolute beginners and for those with some prior knowledge of the language. Following the introductory eight-week course, you may continue through two further beginners' levels to consolidate a basic ability in Spanish.

When you have completed this level you will be comfortable and increasingly fluent in speaking Spanish, you will have a competent vocabulary, and be aware of correct usage and structure.

Travellers

This course will provide the survival skills you need for everyday situations, especially pronunciation and basic structure. You will be aware of colloquial usage in Latin America and Spain (slang, idioms) and equipped with the skills to resolve language difficulties.
